The FleXDS USB2 is a USB 2.0 High Speed (480Mbits/sec) JTAG emulator for TI DSPs. It supports key TMS320 platforms, including the latest TMS320C5x™, TMS320C6x™ and TMS320DM64x™ generations, and integrates seamlessly with TI’s Code Composer Studio. FleXDS USB 2.0 works especially well with the C5000 family. For C6000, we instead recommend our PCMCIA emulator as it is much faster on this processor family.

The FleXDS USB emulator is powerful. It supports TI’s low-power and high-performance DSP devices. It provides unique advanced features for handling complex real-world situations (listed below). The FleXDS USB emulator offers great flexibility with its Plug-and-Play installation - no need to open your PC - and is ideal for use with laptops. It also uses DSPR's unique QuickLOAD technology for fast program loads which distinguish it from other USB emulators (for C5000 targets only).
